The Privacy Policy of Elite Residences

   TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

   BETWEEN ELITE RESIDENCES AND RENTING PARTY
   BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm a booking. If a booking is made 12 weeks or less before the rental period commences, then full payment of rental will be required in order to secure booking.
• A booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit or full payment, depending on date of arrival.
• Once payment is received, an e-mail will be sent to the renting party, confirming dates, number of guests and the amount paid.
• In the event that the full rental amount has not been paid by the renting party, a breakdown reflecting the balance and the due date will be issued.
• Elite Residences reserves the right to cancel any reservations if payment is not received on time.
• Any cancellation of bookings must be made by e-mail and received no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. If cancellation is prior to this date the deposit will be returned, any later than 12 weeks, the deposit/full payment will be forfeited.
• Elite Residences accepts no liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delays, changes or cancellations of air, rail, road, sea or any other service, acts of God, nature, war, terrorism, insurrection, riot, boycott, theft, fire, labour action, government action, natural disaster, bad weather, interrupted electrical/water/municipal services or any other causes beyond our control.
• Furthermore, Elite Residences shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage or accident of any of the guests in the rental party for the duration of the stay.
• We strongly advise rental party to take out insurance, covering medical, cancellation, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
• On arrival to The Seychelles a minimum refundable cash damages deposit in the amount of €350 or 15% of stay, whichever is greater will be required to cover any damages to the property. On inspection, provided that no damages have been caused to the property, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

   TOWNHOUSE RULES:

• Only persons listed on the original Booking Contract may occupy the unit at all times.
• Check in time is 12h00 and check out time is 10h00. Extra night will be charged if times are not strictly adhered to or prearranged prior to arrival.
• Inventory list must be checked and signed within 24 hours of check-in and handed to Housekeeping to avoid any unnecessary replacement costs upon departure. Failure to comply will imply that everything is in order.
• Please make Housekeeping aware of any defects, damages, maintenance or service related issues you may encounter.
• It is the Rental Parties responsibility to respect and take care of the property and its contents at all times.
• Due to a water shortage on the island, bed linen will be changed once a week and towels every 3 to 5 days dependent on the length of stay. Guests are welcome to use facilities to do any extra washing at their own cost.
• Weekday Housekeeping (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays, is included in the rate.
• Please note that this is a Self Catering Townhouse and as such no detergents or toiletries will be supplied.
• For your convenience there is a safe in Bedroom 1 of the unit, please ensure that all valuables are locked away. Elite Residences will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever incurred, due to negligence.
• Ensure that all doors including veranda doors are locked before leaving the unit.
• This is a non smoking unit, so please refrain from smoking in the unit.
• No pets are allowed.
• Refrain from making excessive noise after 22h00 in consideration of other guests/homeowners staying on Eden Island.
• On departure the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for housekeeping will be deducted from the damages deposit to cover the cost of cleaning.
• Golf cart to be driven by a licensed driver and must be driven on paths and parked in designated areas only. Any damage caused due to negligence will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
• On the day of departure ensure that all the lights and air-conditioning units are switched off. Also ensure that all the doors of the unit are locked.
• Keys will be collected at our Townhouse on the day of departure.
