Parking - As Eden Island is a motor vehicle-free zone, only golf carts are allowed to drive on the pathways of Eden Island. Thus, all visitors and guests will be provided with free parking on the Island.
Eden Island VMA offices will assist with check-in and any other requests you may have.
Gym - situated at the Clubhouse. Opening hours are from 6:45am to 6:45pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
Deli - situated at the Clubhouse, is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am to 1pm. The Deli stocks a great variety of groceries, from basics such as bread, milk, fruit and vegetables to international cold meats, cheeses and beers. They also stock a variety of world class wines from around the globe, to cater for different tastes.
Swimming pools - There are two communal swimming pools on Eden Island, one near the apartments and the other at the Clubhouse , which is a flow-over pool with separate kiddies pool .
Beaches – There are three beaches on the island. Anse Tec Tec with its calm shallow waters, gradually getting deeper, is safe and ideal for the whole family. Anse Bernitier with its granite boulders provides excellent snorkelling for the marine enthusiasts. Anse Benik, the most recently completed beach has a volleyball area which is fully functional. VMA Call Center has 2 Volleyballs which can be signed out for use at any time.
At the clubhouse there is one tennis court with floodlights. Tennis rackets will be available for hire and tennis balls will be on sale from the gym.

Restaurants – There are two restaurants.
The Boardwalk bar and Grill, located on the boardwalk, a mere 100m from the super-yacht pontoon, plays host to live bands and DJs. It also has two big screens which feature international sports. Opening hours are 10:00am until midnight, everyday. Food is served from 11:30am to 1:30pm and again from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Entertainment is provided on the following days: Wednesdays and Saturdays 8:00pm to 11pm, Fridays 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Sundays 6:00pm to 8:30pm.
The other Restaurant is Bravo on Eden, located at Eden House. This restaurant with a great venue and exciting menu will welcome guests who will be treated to an array of flavours from around the world.
Port ‘O Vino a boutique Wine, Spirits & cigar store situated in Commercial House between Bravo & Boardwalk is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm weekdays and 10:00am to 2:00pm Saturdays. They pride themselves on stocking over 300 listings from South Africa, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, California, Chile, Australia, New Zealand including a wide range of local and international spirits & beers.
Boat and Yacht Chartering Companies – Sunsail and Water World Boat and Yacht Charter are both located at Marina house. They can assist with all your boating needs.
Business Centre – Located at Marina House offers guests Wi-Fi and can take care of all your business requirements.

Across the bridge from Eden Island, Nooners Delicatessen, greets client's with its bright colours and offers a wide selection of dishes such as pasta's, panini's, gourmet salads, pizza's, deli sandwiches and desserts. Open every day from 8:00am – 6:30pm.
Konoba restaurant and bar lounge is located within the newly built Angelfish Bayside private marina overlooking Eden Island. The 120 seater marine themed restaurant with its world-class wine cellar is open seven days a week – from 7.30am to 10am for breakfast, from 12 noon to 3pm for lunch, while dinner is served from 7pm to 11pm. The bar is open from 10am till late in the evening. The restaurant with exceptional views of the marina, specialises in a variety of cuisines combining exotic island flavours with Mediterranean: this concept of fusion is part of the KONOBA experience, where gastronomic arts meet contemporary design in a stylish mix of culture and cuisine. The menu features a diverse selection of fish, meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes. The in-house bakery creates exceptional breads, gourmet deserts and delicious pastries using the finest ingredients.
